16x2 Alphanumeric LCD - Y/G Background

This is a basic 16 character by 2 line display. Black text on Green background. Utilizes the extremely common HD44780 parallel interface chipset  Interface code is easily  available for most platforms. You will need ~11 general I/O pins to interface to this LCD screen in 8 bit mode OR ~7 I/O pins in 4 bit mode.
